Triathlete session with adductor pains. On the check up, tension on the Psoas, on the little fascicle of the Adductors and on the Gracilis with a tendency to coil the upper body (shoulders...).
I use IMOOVE® in my treatment that includes massage, muscle relaxation as well... to improve a dynamic relaxation of the pelvic muscles and hip as well as a posture awareness for the patient in order to remember the posture then he must try to reproduce the dynamic on upper body.
Work around 7 to10 minutes at medium speed and amplitude between 40 and 60. We could note on the video that the patient can’t adapt his hips dynamic as easily in each rotation direction ...

Knee Rehabilitation: dislocation at J+90 PDF Print E-mail

IMOOVE® is integrated in the middle of the session with this patient who has a dislocation of his left knee after a motorcycle accident. He suffers of a lesion on his lateral ligaments, the external part of the anterior cruciate ligament (LCA). At J+90, 10 minutes of work maximum speed 30-40 and the amplitude variations between 30 and 50 after a warm up of cycling, lower limb awakening ...

To finish, this is followed by application of cold.
